Stangl Technik Holding Sp. z. o.o. was established on 3 March 2018 as a 100% subsidiary of two investment funds, Avallon MBO Fund II and Genesis Private Equity Fund III.
On 22 January 2018, an agreement for sale of 100% of shares of EQOS Energie Česko spol. s r. o. and EQOS Energie Polska Sp. z o.o. was signed between the previous owner, EQOS Energie Holding S. à r. l., and Avallon MBO Fund II and Genesis Private Equity Fund III (GPEF III) as new owners.
After the transaction was approved by competent authorities in both countries, the transaction documentation for the sale of both companies was signed on 11 April 2018 and the ownership of both companies was transferred to their new owners.
In connection with the changes in the ownership structure, the names of the two companies have changed to Stangl Technik Česko spol. s r.o. (since 23 April 2018) and to Stangl Technik Polska Sp. z o.o. (since 12 July 2018). Both entities are now 100% owned by Stangl Technik Holding Sp. z. o.o.. On 2 June 2020, Stangl Technik Holding Sp. z. o.o. acquired a 100% share in ST Security a.s., a provider of comprehensive services of light-current, security and information systems, in particular supply and installation of technology, service, design, consulting, own production and sales.
Since the beginning of their operations in the Czech and Polish markets, the subsidiary companies of Stangl Technik Holding have delivered and assembled interior HVAC installations, namely ventilation installations, refrigerating and heating systems, sanitary engineering installations, measuring and control systems, and heavy-current and light-current installations, and additionally traffic lights systems in Poland. We also offer our customers engineering design services delivered by our engineering design departments, and additionally our warranty and post-warranty service.
